Stefano Giovanni Prandi

Stefano Prandi grew up in the Middle East and started his career in the banking industry as a financial analyst for Emirates National Bank of Dubai and later as a Capital Markets Advisor for Credit Agricole Italy.

In 2018, he joined a Family Office in Switzerland where he was in charge for overseeing all financial, tax and corporate advisory aspects for clients operating in Middle East and North Africa.

In 2023, he was appointed as the Director of AMGA Group. He is mainly responsible for supervising the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, implementing internal policies and procedures, preparing the yearly budget, and maintaining and developing relationships with government authorities in Italy.

Stefano graduated in Geneva, and he holds a master’s degree (MSc) in international finance and Islamic Banking. Currently, he is obtaining a Master in Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Tax Law from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland.
